We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• We offer our customers the flexibility to use their accounts to purchase and receive payments for goods and services, as well as the ability to transfer and withdraw funds.
• You will work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Your role involves driving best practices in data science, ensuring data quality, and mentoring junior scientists.
• Essential Responsibilities: Lead and manage data science projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and reporting systems to support data analysis and decision-making.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits and validation processes.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of professional experience , or a master’s degree with at least six years of experience.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python , with hands-on experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to translate analytical findings into practical business strategies and implementation requirements.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across Product, GTM, Engineering, and other Data Science teams.
• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simulataneously.

Preferred

• Strong data science and analytical skills, with the ability to structure and execute complex analyses and build business cases that evaluate benefits, costs, risks, and trade-offs.
• Proficiency in Excel, statistical techniques, data visualization, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to use AI and advanced analytics to build reusable solutions for portfolio measurement, A/B testing, strategy optimisation, and performance analysis.
• Must have experience in end-to-end product experimentation, Product Analytics, Casual Inference, Python/SQL.
• Experience applying Machine Learning techniques to support product/business decision-making.
• Strong understanding of experimental design, test-and-learn methodologies, and performance measurement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings succinctly to senior management.
• Ability to work independently, identify and resolve issues, and recommend improvements to strategies, and processes.
