As an AI Engineer, you will build intelligent applications, retrieval systems, automation workflows, and AI-powered business capabilities. The ideal candidate should be passionate about Generative AI technologies and capable of developing agent-based solutions with increasing levels of autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities Develop AI-powered applications and services.
• Build RAG-based solutions.
• Implement document understanding workflows.
• Develop semantic search and retrieval capabilities.
• Create evaluation datasets and testing frameworks.
• Support production deployment and monitoring.

Requirements

• Qualifications 3+ years of software engineering or AI engineering experience.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience with LLMs and GenAI ecosystems.
• Understanding of RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings.
• Preferred Qualifications Experience building autonomous agents.
• Knowledge of orchestration frameworks.
• Exposure to AI evaluation methodologies.
