Job Title Resident Engineer - Mechanical Job Description Summary Job Description Key Responsibilities Supervise daily mechanical installation activities on the data centre site. Review and verify mechanical shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.

Monitor installation of key mechanical systems, Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with mechanical standards, project specifications, and safety requirements. Ensure contractors follow quality standards, approved procedures, and project timelines. Resolve site-level technical issues or escalate to design/engineering teams. Maintain inspection logs, daily reports, punch lists, and handover documents.

Enforce mechanical safety practices and general HSE compliance on site. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. At least 3 years of experience, including work on data centre or mission-critical mechanical systems. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
