About the Role Reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Manager, you'll play an important role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our cold storage and warehouse operations. No two days are exactly the same.

You'll be involved in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, reliability improvements and supporting critical infrastructure that keeps our operation running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across site assets and equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical faults Maintain conveyors, pumps, motors, compressors and associated equipment Support refrigeration and cold storage infrastructure Complete installation and improvement work Work closely with operations teams and external contractors Maintain accurate maintenance records Identify opportunities for continuous improvement Champion safe work practices and contribute to a strong safety culture About You We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on maintenance work, takes pride in the quality of their work and wants to be part of a team where their contribution is genuinely valued.

You'll Bring Trade qualifications as a Mechanical Fitter, Maintenance Fitter, Fitter & Turner or equivalent Experience in industrial maintenance environments Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills A proactive and safety-first mindset The ability to work both independently and as part of a team Current Australian driver's licence Full Australian working rights Experience in food manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, FMCG, processing plants, cold storage or similar industrial environments will be highly regarded.
