### **Sales Manager – Remote | Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth**

### **About the Role**

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an experienced **Sales Manager** to lead a high-performing sales team and drive predictable revenue growth.

You’ll own **team performance, coaching, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales execution**, ensuring representatives consistently hit their targets and opportunities move effectively through the funnel.

### **What You’ll Do**

• Manage and coach **SDRs, BDRs, and/or Account Executives**
• Establish individual and team KPIs
• Conduct pipeline, performance, and deal reviews
• Monitor activity, conversion, pipeline, and revenue metrics
• Coach reps on **discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing**
• Develop and improve sales playbooks and processes
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans
• Partner with leadership on forecasting and growth strategy
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and ramping new sales representatives

### **Requirements**

• **5+ years of sales experience**
• **2+ years of sales leadership experience**
• Proven experience managing **quota-carrying sales teams**
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills
• Data-driven approach to sales performance
• Strong coaching and people-development skills
• Excellent leadership and communication
• Comfortable operating in a KPI and revenue-driven environment
