Lead Agent Surveillance

Responsible for monitoring the activities of the casino floor, all areas of the property, and the operations of the Surveillance team on assigned shift. Utilize the necessary equipment to respond to, identify, and record questionable activities. Assist with training of Surveillance Agents.

• Utilize electronic video observation and recording equipment to maintain observation of entire property.
• Monitor all areas of casino for any act of suspicious and/or illegal activities and advise director immediately.
• Record entries on daily shift report and audits. Maintain extreme confidentiality.
• Cooperate with individual departmental investigations and law enforcement agency investigations as needed
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Must be at least 21 years of age. • Thorough knowledge of casino games, regulations and game cheating/theft methods preferred. • Minimum of two years surveillance or table games experience preferred; prior supervisory experience a plus. • Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time. • Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs such as Excel and Word. • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
