Internship: System Validation (m/f/d)

Job Responsibility: -Contribute to systems engineering activities by helping define, analyze, document, and validate system-level requirements or behaviors. -Assist with technical coordination, reviews, testing support, and follow-up on action items across teams. -Work with hardware, software, and validation stakeholders to enable smooth project execution. -Help prepare reports, specifications, and project records for visibility and traceability. -Contribute to structured problem solving, communication, and system quality.

Requirements/Qualification: -Bachelor’s/Master’sstudent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related discipline. -Hands-on experience from lab work, design projects, internships, coursework, or student competitions is a plus. -Familiar with role-related engineering, design, verification, programming, or lab tools; willingness to learn quickly is important. -Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical ideas clearly. -Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Please note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks. The assignment may/will be in scope of security certifications, therefore a conscious and reliable way of working is necessary. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2.800- gross/month for full-time equivalent at NXP Austria.
