Assist Family Service Counselors with interment verifications, memorial blind checks, memorial coordination, and other cemetery service-related responsibilities to ensure families receive professional and compassionate service. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Meet with families and attend burial and cremation services as required.

Coordinate with Family Service Counselors and Funeral Directors to arrange the transfer of cremated remains into urns. Follow up on memorial renderings, approvals, processing, and timelines to ensure timely completion. Conduct independent interment verifications in the cemetery prior to scheduled interments. Complete memorial blind checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with cemetery procedures.

Communicate effectively with cemetery administration, maintenance teams, Family Service Counselors, and Funeral Directors to ensure all services are properly coordinated. Assist with other cemetery-related duties as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Training and Certification Training will be provided on all required processes and procedures, including those outlined in the Family Service Guidebook, Interment Verification Procedures, memorial blind checks, and other applicable cemetery operational standards. Employees will be expected to successfully complete all required training and demonstrate competency in these procedures.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with associates, contractors, Funeral Directors, and client families. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while completing assigned tasks accurately and on time. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to identify and resolve routine issues promptly and effectively.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational requirements. Ability to demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and sensitivity when assisting families. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Pay $26.50 per hour and up depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
