Role Summary
The position will be responsible to lead financial control, project accounting, cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial finance activities.
Key Responsibilities

Own the financial control framework from
project initiation to completion and closure

- Establish project-wise financial structures, budgets, accounting controls, and reporting mechanisms.
- ·
- Monitor project financial performance against approved budgets and business plans.
- ·
Support in capitalization of project
·
- Manage and review various MIS like advances of admin expenses, FD & prepaid expenses etc.
- ·
- Monitor project-wise gross margins and profitability throughout the project lifecycle
- ·
- Identify risks relating to incorrect cost allocation, unauthorized expenditure, revenue leakage, and margin erosion.
- ·
Review and finalization of Monthly and Annual Financial Statements.
