We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java technologies, microservices architecture, cloud-based solutions, and modern software development practices enhanced through AI-assisted development tools. This position requires technical leadership, analytical thinking, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable software solutions that support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Software Development & Architecture Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade Java applications and services.
• Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable microservices-based solutions.
• Develop robust, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and system integrations.
• & Delivery Collaborate with principal engineer, solution architect, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in technical discussions, solution design reviews, and architectural decision-making.
• Contribute to Agile development ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, reviews, and retrospectives.
• & Optimization Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade applications.
• Core Technologies Strong proficiency in Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Security RESTful API Development Microservices Architecture Hibernate / JPA PostgreSQL Development Tools Git and modern version control practices AI-assisted development tools: GitHub Copilot Claude AI Engineering Fundamentals Strong understanding of: Design Patterns Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
• Java Development & Cloud Technologies
