Working closely with our Senior Communications Manager, you’ll turn our corporate narrative into consistent, high-quality media coverage, taking press releases and announcements from first draft all the way to distribution. You’ll build strong relationships with journalists across Europe and APAC, technology and science media and manage day-to-day collaboration with our PR agency.

You’ll also help our executives and spokespeople shine by finding media opportunities and preparing them for interviews, while making sure every message we share is accurate and backed by approved technical sources. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves getting things done and wants to make an impact in one of the most exciting fields in technology.

What you’ll actually do Drafting and editing press releases, statements, media Q&As and briefing notes Pitching stories and securing coverage in tier-1 and tier-2 European outlets Coordinating reviews and approvals with Product, Research, Legal and Investor Relations Briefing the PR agency and tracking its deliverables against the comms calendar Preparing executives and technical spokespeople for interviews and press briefings Monitoring media coverage and competitor news, and flagging issues early Keeping the comms calendar, media lists and coverage reports up to date Working with the digital and content teams to amplify announcements on social channels Reporting coverage results and share of voice monthly to the Senior Communications Manager What we’re looking for 3+ years of experience in PR, corporate communications or media relations Experience in B2B technology, deep tech or another complex technical field Strong writing and editing capabilities and ability to understand complex technical subjects and explain them to the wider audience Experience working across more than one European market University degree in communications, journalism, marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience Ability to pitch confidently to senior journalists and land coverage in top-tier outlets Comfortable working with executives and sensitive or market-relevant messaging Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential Why IQM?
