Senior Manager, Program Management (Retail Instock Analytics, Taiwan)

As a Senior Manager, Program Management within Retail Instock Analytics, you will drive strategic initiatives that improve product availability, inventory efficiency, and business performance across Coupang Taiwan.

You will work closely with Retail, Supply Chain, Product, Operations, and Tech stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and drive data-driven decision making. This role combines business analytics, program leadership, and stakeholder management to deliver measurable business impact at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs to improve inventory availability and operational performance.
• Drive business decisions through analytics, forecasting, and performance insights.
• Partner with Retail, Supply Chain, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to solve complex business problems.
• Develop and monitor key business metrics, reporting frameworks, and operational mechanisms.
• Translate business challenges into actionable recommendations and execution plans.
• Influence stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Drive scalable process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Retail Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, Consulting, Strategy, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into business insights.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in Retail, E-commerce, Marketplace, Supply Chain, or Logistics environments.
• Experience in forecasting, inventory management, optimization, or operational analytics.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI tools.
• Python or advanced analytics experience is a plus.
