Your Day-to-Day
Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to generate accurate demand forecasts for Sozo Skin products.
Develop and implement robust supply plans, considering lead times, production capacities, and inventory targets.
Monitor inventory levels across various channels, identifying potential stock-outs or overstock situations and proposing corrective actions.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Production) and external suppliers to ensure timely product availability and resolve supply chain issues.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within demand and supply planning to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Who We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
+3 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory management, preferably within the FMCG or beauty industry.
Proficiency in advanced Excel for data analysis and modeling experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable plans.
Demonstrated understanding of forecasting methodologies and inventory optimization techniques
