Technical Service Engineer - HK DHL

Provide on-site technical support and ensure the successful fulfilment of the service and maintenance contract for the DHL site. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and operational support for sorter and conveyor systems. Monitor equipment condition and system performance to ensure reliable operation and support the achievement of agreed service KPIs.

Respond promptly to equipment faults and operational issues, identify root causes and implement appropriate corrective actions. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities according to the maintenance schedule. Communicate effectively with customers regarding technical issues, equipment status and service activities.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, incident reports, service reports and other required documentation. Provide timely technical feedback and site information to the Customer Support team and Service Manager. Work closely with other service team members to ensure smooth site operation and effective shift handover. Support field service, on-site troubleshooting and other service-related activities when required.

Higher Diploma / associate degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of hands-on electrical and/or mechanical maintenance experience , preferably within an automated industrial or material-handling environment.

Hands-on experience with conveyor systems, sorter systems, baggage/material handling systems or other automated equipment is highly preferred. Good troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve electrical and mechanical faults. Registered Electrical Worker (REW) certification is preferred. Good communication skills in Cantonese and English .

Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers. Able to work independently, handle pressure and respond effectively to operational issues. Good teamwork and willingness to work in a site-based service environment. Willing and able to work on a shift schedule, including night shifts.

电气工程、机械工程、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业，大专或以上学历。 2年以上电气和/或机械设备维修经验，有自动化设备或物流输送设备经验优先。 熟悉输送机、分拣机、行李/物料输送系统等设备者优先。 具备良好的电气及机械故障排查和解决能力。 持有香港**注册电业工程人员（REW）**资格者优先。 具备良好的 粤语及英语 沟通能力。 具备良好的客户服务意识、团队合作精神，能够独立处理现场问题。 能够接受轮班工作，包括夜班。
