Engineering Manager - Monetization

Join Dashlane, a leading cybersecurity company, as an Engineering Manager for Monetization. In this role, you will have technical ownership of Dashlane's billing systems, payment gateway integrations, and recurring subscription architecture. You will lead a talented team of server and web engineers and work closely with Product, Design, Finance, and Data to deliver reliable platforms and ship ambitious projects. Actively shape technical strategy, author and review Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), and guide large-scale efforts that de-risk the platform as we scale upmarket.

Responsibilities

• Lead and cultivate a high-trust, high-accountability team, coaching and mentoring engineers to deliver independently.
• Oversee the architecture and operational health of Dashlane’s billing system, subscription lifecycle engines, checkout experiences, and internal back-office administration tools.
