• Full Time Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon09:30 PM - 06:00 AMThur09:30 PM - 06:00 AMFri09:30 PM - 06:00 AMSat09:30 PM - 06:00 AMSun09:30 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and guests while carrying out site-specific policies, security-related procedures, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity reports and communicate relevant observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Requirements

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Preferred ability to lift more than 20 pounds.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
