Responsibilities

• Work closely with multiple teams across IT, Information Security, Technology, and business functions to drive impactful change.
• Design, develop, integrate, and support scalable enterprise solutions across Kinaxis, SAP, Blue Yonder (BY), and related enterprise planning applications .
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex system and integration issues across Kinaxis, SAP, and BY , leveraging Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and AI-Enabled tools where applicable to accelerate problem solving and improve productivity.
• Understand end-to-end business processes, system integrations, and data flows across enterprise planning platforms, and assess upstream and downstream impacts of application and software changes.
• Leverage data and AI Assisted analysis to support impact assessment, root-cause analysis, solution design, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on end-to-end integration testing, system validation, and performance analysis; resolve issues, proactively identify opportunities for improvement, and drive initiatives through completion.
• Leverage AI Assistants and Large Language Models (LLMs) , where appropriate, to support software development, analysis, automation, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation while maintaining appropriate human review and accountability.
• Identify opportunities for AI-Enabled and Agentic AI solutions , automation, and process improvements across enterprise planning and supply chain applications.
