Job Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, and stage materials
• Train to operate heat exchanger, boiler, bottle crushers, baler, pumps, and tanks

Perform pre-use equipment inspections and report any issues

• Support the processing team with sorting and unpacking dairy by-products as needed

Job Requirements

Forklift operating experience

• Mechanical aptitude; experience with boilers, pumps, tanks, or balers is a plus
• Willingness to do physically demanding work, with frequent lifting of 50–75 lbs
• Comfortable working in a covered, non-climate-controlled area (heat, cold, humidity, and mud depending on weather), with strong odors, noise, and slippery floors

Non-slip safety boots and casual, safe clothing

No jewelry or visible piercings in the work area (only a plain wedding band and medical bracelets allowed)
