This is a player-coach role. About half your time is client-billable, typically as technical lead on two engagements. The rest goes to pursuits, solution quality, staffing support, and the reusable assets that help the practice scale. Own solution sign-off on the pursuits and engagements you lead, and help shape staffing across the practice’s data science, AI, data engineering, and platform work.

Partner with analytics, measurement, and optimization leaders so solutions connect to business outcomes.

Lead through influence. The role starts without direct reports and shapes how senior practitioners across the practice work.

  • Be the senior technical voice clients trust when tradeoffs get hard.
  • Interview candidates for data science, AI, data engineering, and platform roles, and help us attract strong senior talent.
  • Turn delivery experience into reference architectures, estimating models, and solution patterns other teams reuse.
