Dermstore is the premier skin care authority, founded by a dermatologist in 1999 with a mission to prioritize skin health through access to professional-grade brands, expert education, and science-backed expertise. As a leader in the prestige beauty space, Dermstore curates a high-performance selection of over 400 brands, ranging from medical-grade formulas to the latest in biotech-driven skincare.

The Assistant Planner will report directly into the Planner and assist with stock level management for the Professional Skincare category portfolio. The Assistant Planner will own and manage the ship log which includes but is not limited to the chasing and tracking of purchase orders.

As Associate Planner

, you’ll:

Update and manage purchase order shipping log

Raise purchase orders and ensure delivery of orders on time.

Liaise with suppliers to correct POs for pricing, case packs, and delivery windows

Work with supply chain team to manage inbound priorities

Partner with buying counterparts to ensure SKUs are set up correctly for ordering purposes

Review and update SKU merchandising status; responsible for turning SKUs on and off replenishment

Maintain list of vendor out of stock SKUs and chase for back-in-stock dates

Run and send daily in stock reporting

Key Measurements:

Alongside Planner, achieve average of 95% in-stock availability

Achieve high PO fill rate and on time delivery

Low PO discrepancy rate for your category

High supplier compliance rate

Key Skills and Experience:

4-year degree, undergraduate degree

0-1 years relevant experience

Excellent computer skills – all Microsoft Applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Strong organization skills

Attention to detail - thoroughness and accuracy

Clear communication

Self-starter – proactive with a positive attitude

Team player

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

What’s in it for me?

Salary: $66,300 to $68,000
