Junior Learning & Development Specialist

You coordinate and verify the administrative recording of training programmes in the Learning Management System (LMS), in collaboration with the Global Learning Administration Services team in India. You manage the logistics of training programmes, including invitations, evaluations, vendor management, content management and related communications.

You collaborate on curating engaging learning content for our Learning Experience Platform. You use AI tools and learning analytics to streamline administrative tasks and enhance content curation and learning experiences, while ensuring data is used ethically and securely. You compile, maintain and report key management information and learning metrics.

You respond promptly and effectively to enquiries about learning from participants, course owners and facilitators. Contribute to an internal learning project, for example in Learning Technology, Future Ready Skills, Measurement & Impact, or Branding & Marketing.

For the Junior L&D Specialist role, you should have: A completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in Educational Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant work experience. Strong communication skills, a service-oriented approach, and excellent planning and organisational abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LMS and LXP platforms is an advantage. Experience with, or familiarity with, AI productivity tools and basic learning analytics is desirable. The ability to adapt and prioritise in a rapidly changing environment. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels. Excellent spoken and written command of both Dutch and English.
