Responsibilities

• Lead & Innovate: Design complex, scalable, and maintainable software features across various architectures (including microservices, DDD/CQRS, and event-driven systems).
• Work closely with solution managers, designers, and peers to translate requirements into technical specifications that align with our mission.
• Analyze technical challenges, identify system bottlenecks, and author technical documentation to optimize large-scale transactional processing.
• Facilitate code reviews, advocate for rigorous testing methodologies (unit, integration, end-to-end), and champion modern development best practices.
• Leverage AI tools and platforms (like developer copilots) as an integral part of your daily workflow to enhance decision-making, code quality, and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4-6 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue.
• GCP (preferred), AWS, Azure, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes/Helm.
• RESTful/GraphQL APIs, event-driven messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ/PubSub), and relational/cloud databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, BigQuery).
• Experience or strong interest in using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code).
• Healthcare tech interoperability (FHIR, HL7, HIPAA, EMR), medical claims, or payroll accounting.
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
• Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information

We operate across a wide variety of tech stacks to solve complex problems. You do NOT need experience with all of these to be a great fit.

Backend

.NET/C#, Python (Django/Flask), Java, or Ruby.
