Job Title : Project & Engineering Leader Reporting To: Entity General Manager - France/Spain Work Schedule: Hybrid – Madrid, SP Our Moog team is looking for a Project & Engineering Leader to join them. You will be based in our office in Madrid / Spain and support our business of motion control solutions for our industrial Spanish market.

The Project & Engineering Leader provides competent technical, engineering knowledge and support on a broad range of components and systems in the field of EH (electrohydraulic), EM (electro mechanic) and closed loop control technologies and other associated products and services. You will also be in charge of managing local projects as well as subcontractors for the benefit of customers.

To be considered for Project & Engineering Leader, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you: University degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent Experience in the field of Motion Control Systems (Electro-hydraulic, Electro-mechanic, Controller/Software, Closed Loop Controls) Control engineering capabilities Strong team player with excellent communication skills Autonomous, proactive, customer focus Proven experience in managing a number of projects at one time Fluent Spanish and English Willingness to travel (approx. 50%) As a Project & Engineering Leader, you will: Be responsible for Motion Control Solutions from Specification / Sizing to onsite support if needed Provide technical customer support and troubleshooting at customer site Provide technical sales support for motion control Systems / Products Act as an interface between local customers / sales engineers and the different engineering departments for our product/system portfolio Define technical specifications for products and systems in close cooperation with local customers and our European applications engineering department Define, estimate, plan, execute and control national as well as international industrial projects as assigned What Moog is offering: A challenging role within international organization where high technology is the heart of our business.
