Responsibilities

• Support digital transformation projects by helping identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology.
• Contribute to the development, testing, and implementation of digital products and solutions.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing processes and proposing practical solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements, communicate progress, and deliver project outcomes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled Bachelor's student in their first degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Actuary, Engineering or related field.
• Graduation date must be between December 2027 and December 2028.
• Live in Mexico City and willing to work in our Interlomas General Offices.
• Graduation date must be between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Active college student of any business or engineering major.
• Strong English verbal and writing skills.
• Display strong leadership , teamwork, analytical skills and problem-solving mentality.
• Real passion for building new solutions.
• Express willingness to learn, take initiative and show flexibility You love working in a multicultural and diverse environment.​ Hard Skills: Knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard creation, data visualization, and reporting.
• Basic programming knowledge in languages such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, or a similar language.
• Familiarity with data analysis, digital product development, or process improvement tools.
• Teamwork and collaboration.
• Leadership and ownership.
• Proactivity and initiative.
• Effective communication skills.

Preferred

• Previous experience with digital transformation, automation, data analytics, or technology-related academic projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies or project management tools.

Pay

The gross salary for interns ranges from $9,000 mxn to $18,000 mxn and compensation may vary based on the work schedule you select.
