## Requirements

  • ✔ **Ensure Smooth Operations:** Maintain perfect synchronization between multiple warehouses and the manufacturing process to avoid disruptions.
  • ✔ **Manage Shipment Accuracy:** Track, record, and resolve shipment deviations, ensuring supplier non-conformance issues are logged and addressed.
  • ✔ **Optimize Costs & Transparency:** Identify and capture exception expenses related to logistics and transport, ensuring accurate cost allocation.
  • ✔ **Enhance Coordination:** Collaborate with purchasing, engineering, and production teams to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.
  • ✔ **Streamline Processes:** Continuously refine logistics workflows, implement best practices, and support improvements in warehouse management.

**What You’ll Need**

  • **Must-Have:
  • **✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
  • ✔ Experience in **logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination** within a high-tech or industrial setting.
  • ✔ Proficiency in **ERP systems** and transport management tools.
  • ✔ Excellent **communication and negotiation skills**, with the ability to liaise across departments and suppliers.
  • ✔ Fluency in **English and Dutch.**
  • **Nice-to-Have:
  • **➕ Experience with **Microsoft Dynamics (MSD)** for logistics and warehouse management.
