## Description

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an Solution Architect to join our UniQue team.

**What will you be doing in this role?**

  • Design and maintain technical and solution architectures applications.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Define application architecture, APIs, integration patterns, and microservices-based solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and guidance to development teams.
  • Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, JMS, Kafka, and event-driven architectures.
  • Develop and maintain back-end solutions using Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
  • Support front-end development using Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Design and optimize Oracle databases, SQL queries, and persistence layers.
  • Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, and GitLab.
  • Enforce code quality and maintainability through SonarQube and development standards.
  • Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable applications aligned with governance and security requirements.
  • Work in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to continuous improvement and iterative delivery.

## Requirements

**What do you need to succeed in this position?**

  • Master’s degree (EQF Level 7 or equivalent) and at least 10 years of professional IT experience.
  • Minimum  6 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, or System Design.
  • Minimum  8 years of experience translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Minimum  8 years of experience defining application architectures, component boundaries, technical interfaces, and integration patterns.
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Java/JEE development.
  • Minimum  8 years of experience with the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.
  • Minimum  8 years of experience designing and implementing RESTful and/or SOAP web services.
  • Minimum  7 years of experience with front-end technologies, especially Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Minimum  8 years of experience with SQL, relational database design, and database interaction.
  • Minimum  5 years of experience with Oracle RDBMS or equivalent enterprise databases.
  • Minimum  5 years of experience with CI/CD practices and tools such as Maven, Jenkins, or equivalent.
  • Minimum  3 years of experience using SonarQube and code quality/maintainability controls.
  • 5+ years of experience with security standards and secure access mechanisms, including OAuth2/OpenID Connect or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience working in Agile software delivery environments.
