Podcast Operations Virtual Assistant

to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to

Create short-form content from recorded podcast or other video/audio recordings.

Edit and produce reels and other short-form content for social media platforms.

Repurpose existing content for different social media platforms.

Organize and schedule content to maintain a consistent publishing schedule.

Support content planning and publishing activities.

Maintain the brand's communication style and ensure content aligns with its established voice.

Assist with content-related operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Experience in short-form video editing and content creation.

Ability to create engaging reels and repurpose existing recordings into social media content.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage content schedules.

Attention to detail and consistency in content production.

Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice and communication style.

Willingness to learn the company's content approach, hooks, and low-pressure calls to action.

Ability to work independently and follow established guidelines.

Technical Requirements:

USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

Working Webcam

Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
