Software Engineer II

• We are looking for a talented and motivated software engineer to join the FullVision Engine team in Zhubei, Taiwan.

Responsibilities

• The FullVision Engine provides scalable waveform reconstruction and debug capabilities across Cadence Palladium and Protium platforms.
• It processes captured design activity and generates debug-ready outputs such as VWDB, FSDB, and SAIF for downstream analysis and power applications.
• You’ll Do * Design, implement, test, and maintain FullVision software components. * Develop scalable algorithms and infrastructure for waveform computation and reconstruction. * Improve runtime, memory usage, parallelism, and workload distribution for large designs. * Support FullVision capabilities across Palladium and Protium platforms. * Investigate complex correctness, performance, and scalability issues. * Collaborate with compiler, runtime, validation, application engineering, and customer-support teams. * Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, unit testing, and technical documentation. * Deliver robust solutions for strategic projects and customer-critical issues.

Requirements

• Qualificatio ns * BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * Strong programming skills in C or C++. * Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and software engineering principles. * Experience developing and debugging software in a Linux environment. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively with engineers across teams and locations.
