Responsibilities: Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan: * Mengoperasikan mesin dan peralatan produksi soap noodle, termasuk mixer, ekstruder, dan pengering, sesuai dengan prosedur operasi standar (SOP). * Memantau parameter proses seperti suhu, tekanan, dan aliran untuk memastikan spesifikasi produksi terpenuhi. * Melakukan pemeriksaan kualitas rutin terhadap soap noodle yang diproduksi, termasuk pengujian fisik dan visual, untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan standar kualitas. * Mengidentifikasi dan melaporkan potensi masalah atau kerusakan pada peralatan kepada tim pemeliharaan. * Melakukan pemeliharaan ringan dan pembersihan rutin pada mesin dan area kerja. * Mencatat data produksi, termasuk volume produksi, waktu henti, dan masalah kualitas. * Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap semua kebijakan dan prosedur keselamatan kerja. * Berkontribusi pada peningkatan proses berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas produk. * Bekerja sama dengan anggota tim lain untuk mencapai target produksi.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan: * Pendidikan minimal D3 atau setara, diutamakan dari jurusan teknik mesin atau kimia industri. * Pengalaman kerja minimal 1-2 tahun sebagai operator produksi di industri manufaktur, diutamakan di industri sabun atau FMCG. * Memiliki pemahaman dasar tentang prinsip-prinsip operasi mesin dan proses produksi. * Mampu mengoperasikan peralatan produksi dengan aman dan efisien. * Teliti, memiliki perhatian terhadap detail, dan mampu mengidentifikasi masalah. * Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim. * Bersedia bekerja dalam shift (pagi, siang, malam) sesuai kebutuhan operasional. * Memiliki komitmen kuat terhadap keselamatan kerja. * Kesehatan fisik yang baik dan mampu mengangkat beban sesuai kebutuhan pekerjaan.
