Analytical Engineering Technician

NXP is seeking a highly motivated Day Shift Analytical Engineering Lab Technician to join the Physical Analysis Labs team at our ATMC (Ed Bluestein) site.

This team plays a critical role in ensuring manufacturing excellence by maintaining quality control over a diverse range of chemicals, monitoring contamination on wafers and in the ambient environment, and supporting failure analysis investigations to determine root causes. Key Responsibilities & Preferred Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline preferred, with a strong foundation in general chemistry Prior experience in a chemistry laboratory environment required Ability to work effectively in both wet lab and cleanroom environments Hands-on experience with a wide range of analytical instrumentation and techniques Familiarity with process control methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) is preferred Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions Demonstrated ability to safely handle hazardous chemicals in a controlled environment Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Proven reliability and dependability in a critical operations role Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervision Strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment at all times This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes while developing technical expertise in a collaborative and high-performance environment #LI-DNI
