Job Details: Job Description: Shape the Future of Intel Foundry Are you passionate about connecting strategy, operations, technology, and customer success? Do you thrive in complex environments where collaboration, innovation, and execution drive business outcomes?
Intel Foundry's Supply Chain Enablement (SCE) team is seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Integrator to play a critical role in bringing new products, customers, and business opportunities to market. In this high-visibility position, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that define and operationalize Intel's next-generation supply chains, ensuring seamless execution from concept to launch and beyond.
This is a unique opportunity to influence how Intel scales its foundry business while working alongside leaders across manufacturing, planning, logistics, engineering, IT, finance, and customer-facing organizations.
What You'll Do As a Supply Chain Integrator, you will serve as the connective tissue across multiple organizations, ensuring all aspects of supply chain readiness are aligned for successful business execution. Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams across Intel to design, build, and enable end-to-end supply chains for new products, customers, and strategic business initiatives.
Partner with subject matter experts to develop integrated supply chain solutions spanning planning, manufacturing, order management, logistics, trade compliance, finance, and customer fulfillment. Drive operational readiness by defining launch criteria, readiness milestones, governance frameworks, and deployment plans.
Establish and maintain end-to-end traceability from customer and product requirements through solution design, testing, deployment, and operational acceptance. Facilitate future-state supply chain design efforts, identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, controls, and organizational effectiveness.
Champion the adoption of standard Intel capabilities while helping shape new solutions where business needs extend beyond existing processes. Integrate business requirements, enterprise architecture, project governance, and technical delivery activities into a cohesive execution strategy. Coordinate testing, deployment, training, change management, and operational handoffs to ensure successful business launches.
Monitor critical readiness metrics, risks, dependencies, and decision points while providing clear recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership. Lead post-launch stabilization efforts, driving issue resolution and ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing operations and support teams.
What Makes You Successful The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational execution and excels at bringing people, processes, and systems together. You Are Someone Who Builds strong partnerships and influences stakeholders across all organizational levels. Thinks holistically and understands the interconnected nature of supply chain operations.
Navigates ambiguity with confidence and applies structured problem-solving to complex challenges. Drives alignment across global teams, even without direct authority. Communicates clearly, manages competing priorities effectively, and delivers measurable business outcomes. Maintains a strong customer focus while balancing operational excellence and business objectives.

Experience leading cross-functional integration or implementation efforts for new products, customers, processes, or enterprise systems. Experience establishing launch-readiness criteria, facilitating stage-gate reviews, and leading operational handoffs. Experience integrating processes, systems, organizations, and controls across multiple supply-chain functions.
Working knowledge of supply planning and end-to-end supply-chain processes. Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, decisions, testing, deployment, and operational readiness in a matrixed environment.
