Responsibilities

• Oversee physical and virtual phones via RingCentral.
• Support Multifactor Authentication with Duo for enhanced security.
• Manage password protocols using SecretServer.
• Handle physical office passes with Brivo.
• Deploy software and troubleshoot remotely using Endpoint Central by ManageEngine.
• Zoom for desktop and Zoom Rooms.
• Proficiently administer VMware Horizon and VMware vSphere.
• Manage users and computers within Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Efficiently handle Office 365 on both desktop and console.
• Utilize Microsoft Intune for streamlined device management.
• Administer Barracuda email and web filtering console.
• Command the Trend Micro console for antivirus protection.
• Oversee Adobe Creative Suite operations.
• Ensure smooth printer functionality.
• Deploy and manage hardware resources effectively.
• Escalate critical issues as necessary, ensuring timely attention.
• Understand the unique challenges faced by front office financial services.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree, or a high school degree and 2 years of related experience.
• Proven expertise in IT on-site support.
• Possess a good understanding and practical knowledge of critical end-user computing systems: Desktop and notebook computers.
• Desktop operating systems and applications.
• Smartphones, tablets, wearables, and other mobile devices.
• Mobile, web, and cloud applications.
• Virtual desktops and applications.
• Work directly with clients and vendors.
• Communicate effectively and empathetically.
• Prioritize client needs while maintaining security and compliance.
