Café Worker Job Details: Position: Cafe Worker Location: Worcester, MA Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00AM - 2:30PM Hours: Full-time Hourly Rate: $20.00- $22.00/hour Pay Frequency: Weekly – Direct Deposit What You'll Be Doing as a Café Worker: As a Café Worker, you'll be an important part of our daily café operations, helping our culinary team prepare fresh, quality food while keeping everything running smoothly.

Café Worker responsibilities will include: Food Preparation: Assist with daily prep work, including chopping and slicing vegetables, cutting and portioning meats, breading proteins, and preparing ingredients for service. Kitchen Support: Work alongside our chefs to prepare breakfast, lunch, and catering items as needed.

Stocking & Organization: Keep refrigerated coolers, prep stations, and work areas stocked, clean, and organized. Café Operations: Jump in wherever needed, assisting with food stations, meal preparation, and daily café activities. Customer Service: Help create a friendly, welcoming café experience for our guests.

Food Safety: Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and efficient work environment. Teamwork: Collaborate with the Chef Manager and culinary team to ensure smooth daily operations. What We're Looking For in our next Café Worker: Previous food preparation, café, deli, kitchen, or food service experience preferred.

Comfortable using kitchen knives and performing hands-on food preparation. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy café environment. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to pitch in wherever needed. Friendly, dependable, and comfortable working as part of a team. A commitment to quality food, cleanliness, and great customer service.

Café Worker Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 1 - 3 years' experience in similar position Previous customer service experience in food service Must be dependable
