As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol CPR First Aid in San Francisco, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more.

Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Full Time Pay Rate: $40.95 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue07:00 AM - 03:30 PMWed07:00 AM - 03:30 PMThur07:00 AM - 03:30 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, providing clear directions and maintaining professional communication.
• Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation accurately and promptly.

Requirements

• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Preferred

• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
