JOB DESCRIPTION: Internship Position Structural Heart Division Lisbon & South Portugal Main Purpose of Job

• Learn SH therapies and customers
• Organize Logistic of SI division
• Elaborate and maintain updated marketing and sales tools for SH
• Maintain sales tool update for INB follow up
• Align budget expense report throughout the year
• Keep track of local warehouse Key Responsibilities
• Customize international marketing material to local needs
• Submit for approval all marketing and sales materials
• Tracking budget vs plan by different concepts
• Coordinate marketing presence in events for consistent branding and messaging
• Coordinate agendas for workshops in hospitals
• Coordinate all local events: Referal meetings, congreses, courses, trainings
• Make sure that events are following the local requirements and good practices codes
• Compliance with corporate / local policies and procedures Minimum requirements: Skills and experience
• Last year -- Bachelor Degree Management, Biotechnology, Biology or any Administration / Master…
• Effective communication and branding
