## Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized professional to manage technical recruitment activities and coordinate managed services operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing technical talent, coordinating recruitment processes, and ensuring effective communication between clients, candidates, and internal teams.

**Responsibilities**

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions.

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate managed services resources, assignments, and client requirements.
• Monitor resource allocation and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates on hiring progress.

## Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition, or managed services coordination.
• Understanding of technical roles, IT skills, and recruitment processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
