Design System Director (x/f/m)

Join Doctolib, a leading healthcare technology company, as the Head of Design Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every Doctolib product surface is built on a consistent, high-quality design foundation. You will own Oxygen, Doctolib's design system, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and measure impact. You will also manage and grow a team of designers, product people, and engineers. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Paris or Berlin, with a hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

• Set the multi-year vision and roadmap for Oxygen, connecting the dots across engineering, design, and brand teams.
• Establish cross-functional governance across Design, Product, Engineering, and Brand teams, defining contribution models, change management processes, and the standards other teams are expected to follow.
• Own design output quality across the product, ensuring that AI-generated interfaces are coherent, consistent, and on-brand at every touchpoint across the company.
