Customer Operations Specialist

Join Infinite Machine as a Customer Operations Specialist, where you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving questions and technical issues, coordinating repairs, and ensuring timely follow-up. You'll also support order fulfillment, inventory management, vehicle deliveries, and basic service activities. This hands-on, customer-facing role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude.

Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic hand tools and following technical procedures

Responsibilities

  • Gérer les communications quotidiennes avec les clients par e-mail, chat, téléphone, SMS et en personne.
  • Coordonner les livraisons et les ramassages de véhicules, y compris la préparation des documents nécessaires.
  • Maintenir des dossiers de service à la clientèle précis et respecter les objectifs de temps de réponse et de satisfaction client.

Requirements

  • We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, is highly organized, and is comfortable working with tools and physical products
  • Comfortable working across software systems and learning new tools
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company-owned truck in the NYC area
  • Experience in customer service or another customer-facing role, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, good judgment, and a customer-first attitude
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Ability to work full-time, on-site in Long Island City
  • Willingness to perform hands-on warehouse work, including lifting up to 50 lbs and independently loading and unloading vehicles using appropriate equipment

Preferred

Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company

  • Experience with bicycles, motorcycles, electric vehicles, or other mechanical products
  • Experience with customer support platforms, e-commerce fulfillment, or inventory management systems

Pay

USD 60,000 - 75,000
