Product Designer (Creator Services)

Join Roblox as a Product Designer for Creator Services, where you'll transform complex technical infrastructure into intuitive user experiences for our global creator community. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams, craft end-to-end experiences, and leverage analytics and user feedback to drive improvements. This role requires a passion for immersive platforms and gaming, as well as proven experience in product design.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence cross-functional decisions, and balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints
• Strong proficiency in design tooling, such as Figma, and confidence in AI prototyping and concepting in everyday workflows in their designs
• End-to-end systems thinking that advocates for holistic and connected user experiences
• Skills to problem solve and think critically, and develop a principled approach towards a high quality solution
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional interaction and visual design craft, paired with strong product, systems, and strategic thinking
