Contract Recruiter

Join Wonder, a high-growth company in the food delivery industry, as a Senior Recruiter for a 3-month contract. You will be responsible for filling hard-to-fill and senior roles across various business and business-technology functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders, run assigned searches end to end, and provide a polished candidate experience. • Wonder is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter for a 3-month contract to take on some of our most difficult, high-priority searches
• Experience as an embedded contract recruiter working in a company's own ATS (Workday preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to ramp quickly and own in-flight searches with minimal oversight
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including Senior Manager and Director-level searches
• Clear, polished communication with hiring managers and candidates
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leaders, and advising them on search strategy
• Strong sourcing and passive-candidate engagement skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred (nice to have, not required)
• Track record filling hard-to-fill roles across business functions (e.g., finance, accounting, operations) and business-technology functions (e.g., product, design, data and analytics)
• Experience hiring legal leaders or senior finance and accounting leaders
• Experience in high-growth consumer, food, delivery, marketplace, or technology companies
• Interest in a longer-term or full-time role in New York or Chicago
