Finance Intern

Location: P.F. Chang’s Global Support Center, Scottsdale, AZ Internship: Approximately three months, beginning in early November and running through February Schedule: Monday–Friday, Business Hours. Scheduled holiday hours are unpaid. As a Finance Intern, you’ll work alongside P.F. Chang’s Finance team on forecasting, reporting, and business analysis.

You’ll help turn financial data into useful insights while learning how different parts of the business contribute to performance. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone curious about finance and analytics who enjoys solving problems, working with others, and taking on meaningful projects in a fast-paced environment.

The role is based at our Scottsdale Global Support Center, with a mix of in-office and virtual work. What you’ll do Prepare, analyze, and summarize financial reports with accuracy and attention to detail. Help compare forecast updates with budget across different areas of the profit and loss statement. Support month-end reporting by analyzing actual results presented in financial statements, presentations, and models.

Assist with financial models and budgets, including related assumptions and metrics. Develop ad hoc analyses to help answer business questions and identify trends. Collaborate with Finance teammates and colleagues across the business. What you’ll bring An interest in learning how to analyze financial trends and business performance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with care for accurate, high-quality work. Flexibility and initiative, including a willingness to take on new responsibilities and projects. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Clear written and verbal communication skills. A collaborative, respectful approach and the ability to follow through on commitments.

Comfort working independently when a project has limited structure.
