Shift Manager

The Shift Manger plays an important role in training, developing and leading the crew. Serves as a critical part of the leadership team, helping the restaurant serve the most flavorful chicken and coordinates a smooth end to end operation to provide an exceptional Customer Experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan his/her duties and responsibilities for each shift

Verifies compliance of procedures and protocols

• Attends and resolves problems as they appear in the restaurant operation
• Assist the General Manager Coach and lead a team with no supervision
• Involves himself in the operational and technical training of employees
• Maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and full of energy
• Verifies customer satisfaction/Handles customer complaints
• Applies a continuous improvement mindset to processes and procedures Open/close restaurant
• Assist with inventory (logging) Assist with staffing needs

Assist with controllables and labor

• Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
• Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience Demonstrates strong leadership potential by actively supporting team dynamics.
• Committed to guest satisfaction, upholding a guest-first mindset in all interactions.

Preferred

• Food Handlers Card/ ServSafe Certification Fluent in English & Spanish* Ability to work with computers Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be over 18 years or older

Pay

Pay Rate USD $19.00/Hr.
