Manufacturing Engineer – Final Assembly | Contract in MTY

A leading and growing company in Latin America is seeking: Manufacturing Engineer – Final Assembly Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and validate manufacturing processes for final assembly operations.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and secure the required tooling, fixtures, and production equipment.
• Support process validation and manufacturing readiness through project builds.
• Coordinate and implement product and process engineering changes.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and process reliability.
• Troubleshoot assembly and manufacturing issues, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Product Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet production, quality, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, assembly operations, tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Experience supporting process validation, project builds, and engineering changes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred

• Qualifications Experience in the heavy truck, automotive, or related manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of final assembly processes and production operations.
• Experience with manufacturing process development and continuous improvement.
• Advanced conversational English (will be assessed during the interview process).

Pay

MXN $55K-$60K gross per month.
