JDE - Functional Consultant

JDE - Functional Consultant Experience: 5+ years in JDE Worldsoft A7.3 Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules Job Description: We are seeking JDE Senior Sales & Distribution Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive functional experience in implementing and supporting JDE Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules.

Responsibilities

• Application Support : Leading Production support for JDE Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules.
• Identifying and resolving complex issues while providing support to end users on JDE ERP application.
• Provide support third-party interfaces and ensure data integrity.
• Identifying and resolving issues related to Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules.
• Identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.
• Providing technical support to end users on JDE applications, addressing queries and resolving issues.
• Developing and delivering training materials and sessions for end-users on Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a knowledge base for easy access to information.
• Collaborating with clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth application management.
• Develop simple to medium complexity SQL scripts to extract ERP data for analysis.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in application performance, processes, and user experience.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new enhancements.
• Understanding client's business processes and identifying areas for improvement using Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Develop Source to Target ERP mappings from or to Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Also, preferred to have a strong background in application development, deployment and production support processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
• 7+ years of experience working with JDE Worldsoft A7.3 Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules.
• Strong understanding of modules like - Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules.
• Knowledgeable in Business requirement analysis, Gap identification, Solution proposals and Design development.
• Proficient in ERP data analysis using SQL tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with functional teams and business users.

Preferred

• Experienced with SDLC/Agile methodologies and project management
