When you join our team, you become part of a purpose-driven organization where your work makes a real difference.

While we’re proud of our history, we’re even more excited about our future.

It's about making a significant, positive change in BECU’s journey, where your contributions are valued, and your growth is continually fostered.

Technical Leadership Without Leaving Engineering Behind: Lead people and delivery while remaining close enough to architecture, APIs, integrations, and code to influence technical outcomes and solve difficult problems alongside your engineers.

THE JOURNEY Ready to make an indelible impact?

  • You’ll support technology platforms and partner with business and product leaders to co-create roadmaps aligned to strategic, operational, and tactical goals.
  • You’ll contribute technology expertise to business cases, cost/benefit analyses, RFPs, and project charters where needed.
  • You’ll work closely with Product, business partners, technology teams, API and data teams, architecture, performance engineering, vendors, and other stakeholders to align technical execution with business outcomes.
  • You’ll participate in technology and business governance, planning, and initiative reviews, providing senior leaders with clear updates on delivery, priorities, risks, milestones, and technical context.
  • Lead within LPP and other high-profile initiatives where strong execution can create exposure to senior technology executives and program sponsors.
  • Help shape future LPP origination and member experience work while bringing greater structure, prioritization, and engineering discipline to a growing portfolio.
