Responsibilities

• You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe.
• Protect the site, property, and assets through regular patrols and monitoring.
• Control site access, alarms, keys, and visitor/contractor passes.
• Support health and safety procedures, reporting incidents and hazards.
• Respond to emergencies and investigate alarm activations.
• Prevent loss, damage, and unauthorised activity on site.

• The Security Officer will work in line with site requirements and company standards, demonstrating integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness at all times.
• The Security Officer must hold a valid SIA licence before starting operational duties and is expected to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• The Security Officer will support day-to-day site operations while ensuring a positive experience for employees, visitors, and customers.

Requirements

• We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow.
• Working towards a valid SIA Licence .
• Right to work in the UK.
• Aged 18 or over.
• 5-year checkable employment/education history.
• No current criminal convictions.
• Strong communication skills and customer focus.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Desirable Previous Security Officer experience.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport.
• First Aid qualification.

We’re Hiring

Security Officer 📍 Location: Swansea, SA1 5JE 💰 Pay: £12.71 📅 Hours: 42 hours per week, working a 4 on, 4 off night shift pattern from 7:00pm to 7:00am.
