The PVS role is responsible for supporting performance and volume testing across AI and OIA platforms, including AI Gateway, LiteLLM, Pega, and UiPath workloads.

Responsibilities

  • The role works with application, production support, and DevOps teams to understand testing requirements, develop and maintain NeoLoad scripts, configure load-testing scenarios, execute performance tests, and analyze results against expected load, response time, throughput, token usage, and infrastructure utilization.
  • Responsibilities also include monitoring application and infrastructure performance using tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Dynatrace, and NeoLoad Web; supporting AI workload testing using required prompts, LLM models, PTU/token capacity, and test data; troubleshooting execution and environment issues; maintaining PVS scripts and documentation; and providing performance testing results and identified risks to support production readiness.
