Developer

based

India

.

As

a

Senior

Certification

Content

Developer,

you

will

play

a

key

role

in

redesigning

and

rebuilding

professional

certification

exams

and

practice

tests

aligned

with

an

updated,

unified

learning

platform

architecture.

This

is

a

three-month

contract

offering

a

focused

opportunity

to

contribute

your

expertise

in

assessment

design,

certification

development,

and

learning

technology.

You

will

work

on

nine

administrator

role-based

certification

exams,

ensuring

that

assessment

content

accurately

reflects

current

platform

capabilities

and

professional

competencies.

Collaborating

with

certification

specialists

and

subject

matter

experts,

you

will

develop

high-quality,

technically

accurate,

and

reliable

assessments.

The

role

requires

strong

hands-on

knowledge

of

Cornerstone

OnDemand's

unified

architecture,

combined

with

excellent

content

development

and

quality

assurance

skills.

You

will

work

remotely

from

India,

following

UK

or

US

business

hours,

in

a

collaborative

and

delivery-focused

environment.

Accountabilities:

Review

and

refine

existing

certification

exam

blueprints

to

align

with

the

updated

unified

platform

architecture,

ensuring

accurate

representation

of

administrator

competencies

and

content

domains.

Rebuild

nine

administrator

role-based

certification

exams

and

their

corresponding

practice

tests

based

on

revised

assessment

blueprints.

Revise

existing

examination

questions

and

develop

new

assessment

items

from

scratch

to

address

content

gaps

and

evolving

platform

requirements.

Apply

practical

knowledge

of

Cornerstone

OnDemand's

single/unified

architecture

to

guide

blueprint

decisions,

assessment

development,

and

platform-specific

configuration

requirements.

Ensure

all

examination

questions

and

assessment

materials

are

clear,

technically

accurate,

consistent,

and

aligned

with

established

blueprint

specifications.

Collaborate

with

subject

matter

experts

to

coordinate

technical

reviews

of

newly

developed

and

revised

examination

items.

Incorporate

expert

feedback

and

validate

assessment

content

against

current

platform

functionality

and

relevant

certification

standards.

Manage

assigned

deliverables

independently,

ensuring

all

development

activities

are

completed

within

the

agreed

three-month

contract

period.

Communicate

progress

regularly,

proactively

identify

potential

delays,

and

escalate

technical

or

content-related

blockers

when

necessary.

Maintain

comprehensive

documentation,

including

blueprint

revisions,

examination

item

inventories,

development

records,

and

content

update

logs.

Requirements:

Hands-on

experience

with

Cornerstone

OnDemand

(CSOD),

particularly

its

single

or

unified

architecture.

Demonstrated

experience

in

certification

content

development,

examination

design,

and

professional

assessment

creation.

Strong

expertise

in

assessment

item

writing,

exam

blueprint

development,

and

mapping

questions

to

defined

competencies

and

content

domains.

Familiarity

with

credentialing

best

practices

and

recognized

industry

standards

for

professional

certification

and

examination

development.

Ability

to

evaluate,

revise,

and

develop

assessment

content

while

maintaining

high

standards

of

accuracy,

clarity,

consistency,

and

relevance.

Strong

understanding

of

platform

functionality

and

the

ability

to

translate

technical

concepts

into

effective

examination

questions.

Experience

collaborating

with

subject

matter

experts

and

incorporating

technical

feedback

into

assessment

materials.

Excellent

attention

to

detail

and

strong

analytical

and

critical-thinking

skills.

Ability

to

manage

multiple

deliverables

independently,

prioritize

tasks

effectively,

and
