Job Description 岗位职责： 1. 政策及市场洞察 跟踪罕见病及医保支付等政策动态，评估其对PAH生态建设及患者可及性的影响。 2.关键利益相关方合作 建立并维护与罕见病生态相关关键利益相关方（联盟医院，转诊网络及院务管理相关KOL）的战略合作关系，共同推动区域疾病管理体系建设。 3.患者为中心的路径优化 推动跨医院协作与院内跨科室协作，设计并落地以患者为中心的创新解决方案，持续优化诊疗路径。 Core responsibilities： 1.

Responsibilities

• Policy & Market Insight Understand the evolving policy landscape and disease ecosystem to identify regional opportunities.
• 2.
• Ecosystem Stakeholder Collaboration Build strategic partnerships with key rare disease stakeholders (alliance hospitals, referral network, and hospital administration KOLs) to advance the regional disease management system.
• 3.
• Patient Pathway Referral and Optimization (PPRO) Design patient-centric solutions that optimize diagnosis, and treatment pathways, removing roadblocks and reducing delays in referral, reassessment, and treatment escalation.
