Problem Solving & Quantitative skills, Hands on experience on Python/R/SAS Experience in tools like
Pyspark, SQl, Big Query Ability to create a model & simulation tool from scratch
Should be comfortable interacting and managing stakeholders both external and internal
Should be good in project management and ensuring timelines and quality is met
